Finally Results!

I’ve been asked what have I been doing or who am I working with?!.. So I thought it was a great morning to thank my friend Eric with #avator for showing me that you can get results. Without just having to eat just chicken, rice, rice cakes. Egg whites… Don’t get me wrong I still have all of those things still but there is way more you can have to get results… One other big thing is cardio!! I’m not killing myself in the gym doing cardio this is only 15-20 min a day. I have been able to build more muscle in the shortest time than I ever have experienced before. I have had many fit coaches and none showed me results as fast as this guy. I get to eat whatever I want 2 days a week and still gain muscle and lose fat. “
